At MAX, the union of sports medicine, performance training and
skills training enables us to address the key building blocks to an individual's
performance; general health, general conditioning, sport specific strength and
conditioning and sport specific skills training. If
any one of the building blocks is not optimized then the athlete can not maximize
their potential. Our goal at MAX Sports Center is to provide the parent, coach,
agent or team with a healthy, well conditioned, well trained individual ready
to perform at an optimum level. |
