The goal of each program is to develop a well rounded baseball player. To fulfill
this goal, baseball specific training is combined with Dartfish video analysis,
strength training, speed & agility training and exercises designed to prevent
injuries. These six week programs have been divided into two sections pitching
and hitting.
The Pitching Program is the most comprehensive program
designed specifically for baseball pitchers, focusing on pick-off drills and pitch
development.
The Hitting Program is designed to develop and fine tune
hitting technique and strength. Both programs focus on developing muscle memory
that will build confidence maximizing each athlete's potential.
