UPDATE: The 2008 Lacrosse Summer League is Sold Out. No new registrations will be accepted.
MAX is excited to announce our third annual Lacrosse Summer League. The league offers lacrosse players the opportunity to go out and play an organized game of lacrosse once a week. There will be no practices, just one game per week where coaches will coach the game, officials will officiate and the players will compete allowing each player to gain valuable game experience.
LEAGUE DIVISIONS (Grade as of 2007-2008 School Year):
- Boys' Middle School League – 4th, 5th & 6th Grade
- Boys' Junior High League – 7th & 8th Grade
- Girls' HS JV League – High School Freshmen and Sophomores
- Boys' HS JV League – High School Freshmen and Sophomores
- Girls' HS Varsity / College League – High School Juniors, Seniors and College Players
- Boys' HS Varsity / College League – High School Juniors, Seniors and College Players
LEAGUE DATES:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, June 16, 2008 - July 24, 2008
GAME TIMES: 6PM, 7PM and 8PM
GAME LOCATIONS: The Wellington School field on Reed Road in Upper Arlington
COACHES: Local Middle and High School Coaches will be coaching the teams
COST: $90 / player
TEAM REGISTRATION: If you are interested in registering as a team, you can submit 16-25 individual registrations together with a fee of $90/player together in one envelope with all necessary registration materials. If you do not register with a team, you will be placed on a team.
If you would like to be on a team with a particular athlete or athletes, please send your name and the names of the other athletes to LAXSUMMERLEAGUE@maxsportscenter.com
LEAGUE FEATURES: Each team will play 6 games (one game per week), Games will be 1 hour in length, Teams will have coaches, Games will be officiated, each team will be limited to no more than 25 players, Teams will be divided by league commissioner, Bill Wolford.
GAME SCHEDULE: will be available the weekend prior to the start of the league
