If you have imaging services performed in our office, you will receive two separate bills - one for your physician's professional fee and one for a facility fee. That's because imaging services at MAX is now a department of Riverside Methodist Hospital, so the bill for those services will come from the hospital. You may also have two co-payments or need to meet separate deductible amounts - one for the facility fee and one for the physician's professional fee, depending on your insurance coverage.
