MAX Sports Medicine offers physical therapy at our Columbus and Dublin offices. Our certified physical therapists specialize in the rehabilitation of athletes of all levels and active individuals with problems ranging from acute injuries to chronic overuse injuries to post-operative care.

Our therapists work in conjunction with our physicians to ensure safe and rapid return-to-sports participation. Although MAX specializes in sports medicine, we also treat various orthopedic injuries requiring physical therapy.
 Carolyn Delaney
Carolyn is a licensed physical therapist with over 18 years experience in outpatient orthopedics, specializing in joint rehab and spine rehab related to sports medicine. Her background brings a wide-range of experience in physical therapy including treatment of sports-related and orthopedic injuries as well as working with patients transitioning back to work, those with limited mobility or in extended care facilities. Carolyn earned her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan.
 Erich Scheetz
Erich is a licensed physical therapist with over 15 years of experience in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. His primary area of clinical interest is how lower extremity biomechanics and the spine relate to sports function. He is especially interested in the biomechanical analysis of golfers and how mastering the biomechanics of golf can improve one's golf game.
He was formerly the director of physical therapy at The Ohio State University Sports Medicine Center. He earned his Professional Certification in Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University.
 Joe Simko
Joe is a physical therapist and physical therapy supervisor at MAX Sports Medicine, bringing over 20 years of experience. His special interests include running injuries, foot/ankle injuries and biomechanical foot orthotics.
Before joining MAX, Joe served as a physical therapy supervisor and physical therapist at The Ohio State University Sports Medicine Center. Joe is an avid runner, with 30 years of distance running experience including 12 Boston Marathons. He earned his Professional Certification in Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University.
 Jean Yavorcik
Jean has practiced physical therapy in outpatient clinics since 1978 in Texas and Ohio, with a special emphasis on sports medicine and orthopedics.
Before joining MAX Sports Medicine, Anna Jean served as a physical therapist at The Ohio State University Sports Medicine Center and at Mount Carmel St. Ann's Sports Medicine. She earned her Certificate in Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University.
