PERFORMANCE INSTITUTE: PERSONAL TRAINING
 

The MAX Personal Training program is an individualized comprehensive training program designed to help an individual achieve his/her fitness goals. Through one on one personalized attention, the program focuses on training and challenging the entire body through a unique series of balance, stability, core and resistance exercises with movements that mimic everyday life. This Personal Training Program aims to assist athletes of all levels in training for a specific competition or event and to assist adults in living a healthy lifestyle.
