The traditional belief that speed cannot be trained is incorrect. Speed and agility are major components of athletic success. The MAX Speed and Agility Training Program is a comprehensive ground based program focusing on maximizing the athlete's speed and agility. This program is designed to enhance athletes' performance, aid in injury prevention, eliminate weaknesses and develop a championship attitude.
