The conventional belief that all athletes have the same strength and power needs is false. The MAX Strength and Power training program is customized for our athletes based on their specific sport and individual needs. Designed to enhance strength in order to develop power, speed and muscle endurance, our program teaches athletes proper and effective strength training and weightlifting techniques. The MAX Strength and Power Training Program, not only focuses on performance enhancement, but also aids in injury prevention, the elimination of weaknesses and the development of a championship mental attitude.
