PERFORMANCE INSTITUTE: YOUTH TRAINING
 

Historically, performance training programs for young athletes were simply modified adult training programs. The MAX Youth Program is an innovative training program designed by MAX Performance Specialists to develop body control, balance, flexibility, speed, strength and agility in young athletes. Based on an initial assessment the athletes will be placed in an appropriate training group. Participants in this program will increase their conditioning, performance and self-confidence.
