PERFORMANCE INSTITUTE
 
The MAX Performance Institute has been developed to meet the complex performance needs of athletes. Athletes receive an initial assessment and based on the results and the athletes goals and needs, our performance coaches design an individualized program. It is through this systematic approach of our multidisciplinary team that MAX guarantees results. The essence of performance enhancement is the maximization of control, flexibility, strength and speed to develop the most efficient athlete. Our program is a multidisciplinary approach involving medical, psychological, nutritional, vision, rehabilitative and performance coaching. These groups function together as the MAX Performance Institute to provide the most comprehensive performance enhancement program available for professional to recreational athletes.
